The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) is of critical importance to all employees, and can ultimately be the factor that helps unemployed individuals back on their feet.  It is however essential that employers understand the principles of the UIF law, as well as the operational requirements that must be complied with before benefits can be paid to those in need.
